Hello guys, my uncle needs some visa advise. 

Uncle is on Non O(spouse) married to Thai. Both kids are going to give up Thai citizenship when they reach 21 years old for Singapore citizenship. As Singapore does not allow dual citizenship.

What kind of visa do the kids apply for in the future and what are the requirements? If they want to continue their stay in Thailand but as Singapore citizenship.

The children, after they have given up Thai citizenship, would enter Thailand on a Non-O Visa Based on being former Citizens to Thailand. I looked at the Singapore Website, and it is not one of the visas listed (but it may still be sold).

This specific Non-O visa IS offer, according to the MFA:

Besides the Non-O Visa based on being former Thai Citizens, they can stay in Thailand using any visa or extension of stay that they qualify for.

They can go through the following websites:

and see which visa they may qualify for to enter.Each embassy may have slightly different requirements.

They may be able to get an extension of stay, if they qualify for an extension of stay.
