Hello guys, my uncle needs some visa advise.
Uncle is on Non O(spouse) married to Thai. Both kids are going to give up Thai citizenship when they reach 21 years old for Singapore citizenship. As Singapore does not allow dual citizenship.
What kind of visa do the kids apply for in the future and what are the requirements? If they want to continue their stay in Thailand but as Singapore citizenship.
Many thanks in advance
TLDR : Answer Summary
The children of a Thai citizen who relinquish their Thai citizenship to acquire Singaporean citizenship can apply for a Non-O visa based on their former status as Thai citizens. This visa allows them to reside in Thailand even after becoming Singaporean. It's important to verify the specific requirements for this visa with the relevant Thai authorities or consulates.
