Can you guys confirm I can get the DTV in Phnom Penh even if the 500k were put on my bank account just a few days before? Also, can I just go there in person or do I need to apply online? Thx

My 90 day check in was due 23 June. I recently left Thailand (had re-entry stamp for visa) and returned on 19 June. Does my 90 day restart from then or do I still need to renew my 90 day notice on 23 June?
