Can you guys confirm I can get the DTV in Phnom Penh even if the 500k were put on my bank account just a few days before?

Also, can I just go there in person or do I need to apply online?

Cambodia is online only, and it is ok to have the final balance of 500K for a few days along with 6 months statements.

by "online only" do you mean I apply online, then they give me an appointment where I have to go in person?

You apply online and receive a PDF visa. You do not go to the embassy. There is no more appointment system there.

You have to apply outside of Thailand as you need to show your passport stamp of entry and accommodation in the country you are applying from.
