ORIGINAL POSTERQuestion-I have a DTV Visa-added my spouse when I traveled to Taipei. I now need to add my 16yo to the DTV. Do I need to leave Thailand again to apply online in order to add him to my visa? He’s currently here with us on an 60 day exempt.

ORIGINAL POSTERI have two kids who are here in Thailand with a one year visa (follow mother visa). I have My Husband (Foreigner), who needs to leave the country in order to come back with a Non-Immigrant visa. Is it OK for me to have the kids travel with us out of the country and still retain their one year visa status in Thailand? I have never done this before so we are asking for advice. Thank you!
