Hi! My non-o marriage visa will expire on 7.12.24 and until now, I had no idea I can just extend it without leaving Thailand!

Is there a time limit for the extention? And as I understand from other posts, every immigration office has their own rules? I'm going to visit the one in Sriracha tomorrow. Please give me a few advices before I go there😅🙏

Reference Jomtien Office closure, what is considered urgent? is my second stamp (closed loop) for my 60 days urgent? I went on the 5th (tis my stamp date) but told to come back Monday to get my 2nd stamp, do I have to go to Sriracha for this? nothing on website, you think there would be wouldn't you?

A few weeks ago (like many others) I paid to extend my amnesty visa and received an “under consideration” stamp with a date to return.

Today, I went to the immigration office in Sriracha and was told to come back tomorrow to find out their decision. I’m a little concerned because I need the extra month so that my employer can convert my visa so I can obtain my work permit.

Is anyone aware of any recent changes in policy or has anyone had a similar experience? I’m hoping that the delay is simply due to volume and that I will receive an answer sooner than later.
