Would somebody have the time to help me please? I live in Australia and I would dearly love to get over to Phuket for 6 nights in Feb for a Yoga type break. I figure I need to fly to Bangkok, get tested then travel on domestic to Phuket. Any practical easy to understand covid info would be very welcome if you have it. Phuket here wecome...

I made a mistake for vaccinated date, instead of May, I put June wrongly. Then when the COE document is in approved it is showing as the same month i got shots.

I tried to edit, but it was too late.

Is there any solution to make edit for that date (in COE document) or any consequences for that wrong date in COE document at somewhere ??

Please help on that matter.

Any suggestion will be helpful.
