I made a mistake for vaccinated date, instead of May, I put June wrongly. Then when the COE document is in approved it is showing as the same month i got shots.

I tried to edit, but it was too late.

Is there any solution to make edit for that date (in COE document) or any consequences for that wrong date in COE document at somewhere ??

Please help on that matter.

Any suggestion will be helpful.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user mistakenly entered the wrong vaccination date in their Certificate of Entry (COE) document, which is showing an incorrect month. They are seeking advice on how to edit this date or understanding the potential consequences of this error. One comment suggests that the vaccination status may not be crucial unless applying for the Phuket sandbox program.

Hmm correct me if I’m wrong but vaccination status is not important unless you’re apply for the Phuket sandbox program.

Yes, i also thinking like this, but just another question, if we are going to apply for Phuket sandbox, COE is still important to show up again??
