TLDR : Answer Summary
A UK passport holder currently in Kuwait can travel to Thailand for Christmas and New Year under the Test & Go program without needing a visa for stays of 30 days or less. Travelers will need to apply for a Thailand Pass, book a Test & Go package, and have acceptable insurance. It's also suggested to check flight options possibly via Dubai and to consult the Thai Embassy website in Kuwait for the most accurate and detailed information.

Thank you everyone 😊

Best is go to the Thai Embassy website for Kuwait. They have all the info you need. Just came home to Korat from Saudi. Very simple. Test and go only about 8 hours at BKK hotel. (Graceland booked through link at Saudi Thai Embassy Website)

We've had visitors from Kuwait, in fact, they were the first to come into Thailand this year we were told under the then COE. The Thailand Pass is the only way to get in.

Check skyscanner for the best route and times.

You are probably best flying to Dubai and then direct to BKK

Kuwait Airways was used to serve direct flights to BKK, but it's the worst Airline you can book.

Direct flight obviously would be best option, but don’t think there are any. So you are looking at hub areas like Dubai and Qatar.

why? Kuwait is on Thailand’s safe list for test n go. What’s the point in going via Dubai, if direct flights are available?
David *******
You’ll just need to apply for a Thailand Pass which will require you to book a Test & Go package and have acceptable insurance.

Kuwait is on the list for test and go, so its not a problem.

If 30 days or less dont need a visa either. Though that can be extended a further 30 days
