some Embassy still OK, like KL or Yangon, but the other issue will be airport entry. So everyone should make a proper plan. I just encounter a sad story with a Turkish lady.

given your history of being IN thailand I think you're gonna run into problems at almost ANY thai consulate in the area you apply at even if you DO meet all their requirements.

Then I believe you need to rethink your plan on living in Thailand.

I do not think you will get a new Tourist Visa in SE Asia. And with one most likely will be questioned upon arrival by Thai Immigration.

I ask this as it appears the Thai Consulates in SE Asia are taking a critical look at those who are using various visas and visa exempt entries and extensions to live in Thailand.

Vientiane..

Tourist Visa, if you had previously some Tourist visas your application will be considered more carefully. Vientiane is now asking for proof of funds, Book Bank with balance THB 20,000.- up OR print out from Bank account from home country value USD 700.-up. Onward air ticket is not required, but prepare Rental Contract too.

Tourist Visa, apply if you stayed less than 90 days in past 6 month, show own Thai Book Bank with balance THB 20,000.- up OR print out from your Bank account from home country value USD 700.-up. OR Onward air ticket.

If the valid until date on the initial 1 year Non Immigrant O visa is 30 Nov 2019 you can leave and enter Thailand again till that date and get 90 days of stay
