Can I complete my 90-day report while my UK passport is being renewed?

I am a UK citizen, when my passport is due for renewal would I still be able to do 90 day report whilst it is being changed?  I don't know if British Embassy keeps the original until I get a new one.

Do through VFS I did it recently and you will keep your old one all the way through the process. The day you pick up your new one they will cut the old ones corner.

Apply through VFS Global not the British Embassy. You send a copy of your passport and keep the old one.

The ladies in vfs really helpful! Make appt copy EVERY page old passport even empty ones!! Download form get it checked pay up sit back relax! then agency/immigration get any visas stamps req crossed over! Best of luck 😊🙏👍

you do not need to physically have your passport to do your 90 day report online, and the system works. There are not problems of it being offline

You have to send your old passport. They will only issue the new passport after you have submitted your old one.

Incorrect. You send a copy of every page when applying for a new British passport. You keep the old passport.
