My question is not really about a visa per say, but about the length of time/times you can visit per year. I only visit for about 8-10 days 3 or 4 times a year, as this is less than the 90 day non visa entry, am I okay doing that? (UK passport)

I am in the UK now and my baby girl only has a british passport and will return to thailand with her mother, who is cambodian. I will join them a couple of months later. the mother has a work permit. People have told me I do not need a visa for my baby and she will just get an overstay stamp but no fine. Should I get my baby a '60 tourist visa' in UK or just let her get a ' 30 day visa on arrive' at the airport. either way she will spend 3 or 4 months in thailand before she leaves so will get an overstay stamp.

Hi I'm after some advice. So I'm going to be in Thailand to visit my girlfriend on 10 December for 45 days. A standard visa lasts 30 days so will I need to apply for a 60 day visa or can I go across the border and back into Thailand to get another 30 day visa? Thanks in advance
