My question is not really about a visa per say, but about the length of time/times you can visit per year. I only visit for about 8-10 days 3 or 4 times a year, as this is less than the 90 day non visa entry, am I okay doing that? (UK passport)

TLDR : Answer Summary
As a UK passport holder, you can visit Thailand multiple times per year for short stays as long as your total time in the country does not exceed 90 days within a given period. The community consensus indicates that the frequency of your visits is less of a concern compared to the total duration of your stays. Therefore, if your cumulative time in Thailand remains around 40 days per year, you should not face any issues.

The point is how long you are in Thailand, not how often you come. For example, my friend flies to Thailand almost every 2 month, but each time he stays for no more than 2 weeks. He's been like this for years and has never had any problems.
Number of entries is not much of a factor. It's mostly about how much time you spend in Thailand. If you're only spending 40 days per year in Thailand, you're not going to have any issues.
I sure hope you're not flying all the way to Thailand from the UK to only spend 8 days though! Too much time spend at airports and on a plane.
