if i put my passport in for visa on friday at Vientiane just pick up monday as usual ?

Visa application Vientiane: What's the earliest you can get there in morning to queue to ensure a short wait?

Morning report from HCMC. Arrived at 8.15, opened at 8.30 Only 2 other people there. Got to counter with all my paperwork and turns out they wanted a letter from my wife. Left embassy and around corner for free wifi at cafe and contacted wife to write letter and send to me. Printed and back to embassy. Paperwork accepted and 200usd paid. Pickup tomorrow.
