ORIGINAL POSTERQuestion, I have a non immigrant o visa 1 year multiple entry. And an employer to get work permit through, can I apply for work permit on the multiple entry or do I need to upgrade to the 1 year non immigrant o visa first(visa for with reporting, not multiple entry).
The Thai embassy in my country told me it was fine to get the WP just on the multiple entry visa, just want to see if anyone has experience with this.
