I’m planning on moving to Thailand later in the year and getting the DTV visa, I’ve got a property rental business in the UK which has been trading for 9 months. Will this be enough evidence to obtain the DTV visa? I’ll also be doing freelance work in the construction industry but not sure how I can evidence this? Any advise would be much appreciated. Thank you!

What does evidence substantiating purpose of visit mean on visa application form for OA visa for thailand. Does that mean bank accounts etc.
