I’m planning on moving to Thailand later in the year and getting the DTV visa, I’ve got a property rental business in the UK which has been trading for 9 months. Will this be enough evidence to obtain the DTV visa? I’ll also be doing freelance work in the construction industry but not sure how I can evidence this? Any advise would be much appreciated. Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice about qualifying for a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand, with a rental business in the UK and plans for freelance construction work. Comments suggest focusing on proof of savings rather than the construction work, as it may not comply with visa requirements.
as long as you have the required amount of savings it doesn’t matter where it came from. sounds like you’d be best to say unemployed & savings and stake it the soft power route, as freelance construction work in Thailand would be illegal for farang to do, unless you’ve been written an invite from a company? 🙏
