Hi all. How often can you do a 60day (+30 day for a total of 90 days) per calendar year? And do you have to fly out or is a border run ok?

Question:

UK citizen here, full-time employee wanting DTV1 Workcation visa to work for 1 month. What specific documentation is needed for the "Foreign Employment Contract", I've heard that they sometimes ask for follow up documents showing "permission to work remotely for X period of time". I'm a full-time remote employee but my contract doesn't specifically say so, will I be ok?

I don't want to pay the £300 visa fee only to find I don't have the right conditions.

Further Context:

My company will allow me to work 1 month at a time abroad provided I have work-permission. They also won't provide any extra documentation/ proof for the 1 month abroad. So I can't get a nice fancy document that helps me get the visa.

So, if I can't get the visa with what I've got, Thailand is off the cards and I'll have to go somewhere else for that 1 month. But my family (partner + toddler) and I would really like Thailand.

I haven't managed to get in touch with the London Thai Embassy (3 emails & 10+ phone calls) so I'm hoping you will be able to help.

I had planned to file for a 30 day tourist visa extension tomorrow in Hua Hin. I arrived on April 2 and was granted a 30 day waiver.

However, I'm only staying in Hua Hin until April 29th. Then I'm in Bangkok for 2 days. Will I have an issue applying in hua hin so close to my time to depart for other cities?

Should I wait and apply in Bangkok?
