What specific documentation is needed for the Foreign Employment Contract for a DTV1 Workcation visa in Thailand?

Question:

UK citizen here, full-time employee wanting DTV1 Workcation visa to work for 1 month. What specific documentation is needed for the "Foreign Employment Contract", I've heard that they sometimes ask for follow up documents showing "permission to work remotely for X period of time". I'm a full-time remote employee but my contract doesn't specifically say so, will I be ok?

I don't want to pay the £300 visa fee only to find I don't have the right conditions.

---

Further Context:

My company will allow me to work 1 month at a time abroad provided I have work-permission. They also won't provide any extra documentation/ proof for the 1 month abroad. So I can't get a nice fancy document that helps me get the visa.

So, if I can't get the visa with what I've got, Thailand is off the cards and I'll have to go somewhere else for that 1 month. But my family (partner + toddler) and I would really like Thailand.

I haven't managed to get in touch with the London Thai Embassy (3 emails & 10+ phone calls) so I'm hoping you will be able to help.

Thanks!!! 🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, a UK citizen and full-time employee, is seeking information about the specific documentation required for the Foreign Employment Contract when applying for the DTV1 Workcation visa in Thailand. They express concerns about their employment contract not explicitly stating their ability to work remotely, and the lack of extra documentation from their employer, which might affect their visa application. They prefer Thailand for a month-long workcation but are wary of the £300 visa fee if they fail to meet the requirements. Comments suggest considering the visa-exempt scheme or METV for shorter stays.

Visa exempt or the METV which can get you around 9 months of multi entry.

For one month, rather go on the visa-exempt scheme, but there are limits on how many times you can do this per year, I believe.
