Hi, I am completing one year on my DTV visa which is a soft power Muay Thai visa. I am thinking about switching from a Muay Thai course to Thai Language lessons.

Has anyone had any experience in switching their curriculum on the soft power DTV visa and is it feasible at all? How would that process go and would there be any difficulty at immigration on re-entry? thank you!

Please can anyone advise me; I am thinking of applying for a DTV on the basis of a language course. I read that the course should be 6 months long minimum and from a reputable (not sure if that was the wording) institution. Would anyone know if you have to have paid for the course upfront prior to applying for the DTV? I’m just wondering how risky that is ie if the visa doesn’t get approved. Thank you

For the soft power option, which Thai culture course in Bangkok did you enrol in? Do you have any recommendations? Thank you very much!

Hello everybody, hopefully i will get first 15 days today then 45 days after Bangkok approved total 60 days Covid extension. What are budgeted options for 1 year visa. I am located at Chiang Mai. Checked Hand Combat, Thai language courses, Cmlocals but could not find any option less than 35.000 Baht. Thank you for suggestions.
