Hi, I am completing one year on my DTV visa which is a soft power Muay Thai visa. I am thinking about switching from a Muay Thai course to Thai Language lessons.

Has anyone had any experience in switching their curriculum on the soft power DTV visa and is it feasible at all? How would that process go and would there be any difficulty at immigration on re-entry? thank you!

If you have the DTV for Thai language lessons, how long are you allowed to be out of the country? For example, if we wanted to travel somewhere in Asia for a couple of weeks, would that be allowed? I haven't found any information on this.

Thanks everyone that contributed recently to my post about what visa to get for myself for my stay, I've chosen the dtv route with soft power activities. Does anyone have suggestions of cooking classes or thai language lessons around udon thani city? Somthing with as little (or no😝) attendance required would be preferred but im open to anything! And if anyone has a rough idea of costs that would be helpful also 🙂
