Hello 

Can someone recommend a lawyer that can help me set up a business under the Treaty of Amity in Thailand!

We’re looking to set up a business in Ko Samui or Phuket

Also 

I will need help with visas for 2 families. One family is mine( a family of 4) and the second family is my business partner also a family of 4.

Again we’re all American citizens

Phuket offers much more in the way of schools and opportunities>

I know a few Americans that own their own companies / Businesses here but most were established back in the 80's

definately talk to a US tax advisor. The US tax paperwork you have to file for owning a company in Thailand is a nightmare.
