We’re looking to set up a business in Ko Samui or Phuket
Also
I will need help with visas for 2 families. One family is mine( a family of 4) and the second family is my business partner also a family of 4.

definately talk to a US tax advisor. The US tax paperwork you have to file for owning a company in Thailand is a nightmare.Ari **********
