Hi

I am from HK with Thai nationality. My husband has applied dependent visa to stay in Thailand with me. Today is the deadline of his visa and he is informed to go to immigration office today to get the new visa. When we arrived the immigration, today is holiday. Is that ok we go tomorrow or we need to leave Thailand today?

Thank you for reply.

Morning all.

I have got to go to KL (from Hua Hin) to get a temporary visa in march. I intend to get a Thai wife visa later this year but the documents aren’t ready by march (my current visa expires then).

Best way would be NON-O (dependent). I have got a son who is Thai, but do not live with him now. That’s why a one year visa is not possible if apply in Thailand because you have to prove that you live with your kid.

What do you guys think about the 60 day NON O (dependent) and application done in KL. Possible? I have got copies of birth certificate and passport of my son in hands now. Anything else required?

The second way would be 60 day tourist visa, if the NON O doesn’t work.

Thanks a lot.

Hi, I'm an Indian. My husband is working here in Bangkok. He is an Indian too. He has just submitted his passport for extension. I had come to Bangkok on 27th of may on tourist visa and have a air ticket for 8th July. Now I feel like staying there in Bangkok with my hubby. So, is it possible to get a Thai dependent visa where i am already here on tourist visa?
