TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for an unable to travel extension in Thailand, you generally need to provide the following documents: your passport, a copy of your passport data page, a copy of your last visa, a copy of your most recent entry stamp, and a copy of your TM6 form. Additionally, you may need to submit a completed TM7 form, two passport photos, and pay a fee of 1900 THB. Depending on the immigration office, additional documents may include a TM30 form and a letter from your embassy regarding travel restrictions.
