Yea I've noticed the websites are very poorly designed, long before we get to the issue of how those designs are implemented, the designs themselves are deeply flawed, and long before you get to fixing that, they need to work on the processes themselves which the website is supposed to make easier ... I personally wouldn't do any of this the way they do it, because it is just an invitation to corruption incited by people who quite rightly don't want so much of their time wasted by such an unnecessarily convoluted problematic & time consuming process ... I myself yesterday spent more than 8 hours just to find out something that could have been stated on the website and even dealt with by the website, and they weren't answering the phones either (with additional flaws noted in their message system on the phones), forcing me to turn up in person and wait hours and hours and hours to find the answer to a very simple question, and that answer then informed me that I will have to spend at least 2 additional entire days to solve it.

I'm not sure I could design worse if I tried.

So just to be clear, I'm wondering if they still require flight itinerary flying into the Kingdom

A different screen to the one that I had, and it never let me past the uploading of the passport.. the actual passport photo was ok but not the passport itself ... Said it could not read the middle name 🙈 I don't have one 🤣
