I am in the UK at the moment and applying using the E visa online system.
I Started process last week, saved and carrying on today as waited for paperwork.
Last week I had to upload 8 items now it has changed to 5 items
The 5 Items are:
Bio Data Page - Passport size photo - Document Indicating Current Location
- Flight ticket - Accommodation.
Does anyone know what to upload for Document Indicating Current Location.
I am guessing this could be Passport Bio Data Page or Proof of address.
Anyone experienced this change or Any Ideas please ?
PLEASE DO NOT mention arriving without visa and obtaining 30 days and then extend as this will not be possible.
Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
A UK citizen is applying for a tourist visa to Thailand and encountered a requirement to upload a 'Document Indicating Current Location'. As he navigates the E-visa online system, he notes the recent change in document requirements from eight to five items. Community members suggest using a driver's license, utility bill, or a bank statement as acceptable forms of proof. It's also highlighted that the e-visa system underwent changes, affecting the documentation process. The conversation emphasizes the importance of having the return flight be within 60 days of arrival.
I’m. US citizen and applied this week. For proof of current location I downloaded my drivers license and it was accepted.
I want to note that my husband applied at the same time as I did. His payment would not be accepted. He tried multiple times using different computers, different credit cards, etc. After 2days of rejection we contacted the Thai Embassy and the Visa Officer told us to wait 15 minutes and use a bank debit card. It finally went through, but what we found is that the Thai Bank - Kasikorn- rejected the card payment and contacted the bank in the US. The bank in turn contacted my husband and asked if he wanted to authorize this payment. As soon as he said yes, and resubmitted the payment, the application went through. The Thai Embassy said this has been happening alot since the Visa Application was revised.
as Brandon have mentioned.I have applied 3 days ago and was surprised that i had to upload less information - especially the financial statement.i have uploaded my drivers licence as there is address on it.Make sure return flight is within 60 days
not the UK embassy unfortunatelly.got my Visa after 5 days and leaving UK on 1st od December.I also wasnt aware that Visa is not 6 months and it is 180 days so i have taken your comment into consideration and applied way to early
