What documentation is required for the METV application regarding flight itineraries and self-employment verification?

Last METV question, I hope!

On the application for US citizen it requires copies of airline tickets. An itinerary showing confirmed flights of multiple entries.

I was planning, in my application, to include a bus ticket out of country 58 days after my flight arrival and a copy of my

arrival ticket.

Like so many of us...who knows what my future travels will look like. Are they really requiring this?

Also a letter from employer. I am self employed...do I just include a copy of my schedule C & E off my tax return?
