TLDR : Answer Summary
Users seeking a DTV (Digital Tourist Visa) for medical tourism are inquiring about necessary documentation. One commenter emphasizes the importance of having a medical certificate along with previous medical records from a Thailand hospital.
might I ask what dentist you used in Thailand? I’m also looking for a dentist that will be able to provide the letters easily and the UK embassy will accept. Any advise?
Sure. You can provide your medical records. Just in case I believe you better ask your treating doctor to write medical certificate that you have been receiving treatment with him/her in that specific hospital.
For me dentist will have 2 appointments. This is also from UK - I would email your thai embassy for your country. Another guy from uk only has only one appointment.
