This is the published order that as in effect tomorrow Russian nationals will get a 60 day stamp on arrival - a change from the previously granted 90 days.

At this point in time it is unclear whether they can still opt for a 30 day entry (and therefore get an extension and possibly change to another type of visa in country - which they could not with a 90 day entry) or not. I will update when I hear more.

Hi guys! I have an Indian passport and my 60 days visa expires on 20 sept. I want to stay for 3 more months and found that I can do that by getting an extension and 2 visa runs by road. However, I wanted to ask if its possible for me to go to one of the neighboring countries for 2/3 days and get another 60 days visa. I spoke to this company called bangkok buddy and they said the consulate in cambodia do not take indian passports(which sounds weird to me, but also confusing). I am currently in pai and and want to move to bangkok after 15 september for the rest of my trip. Any suggestions will be very helpful. Please let me know if you need any other information.

My friend is Lithuanian and holds a lithuanian passport. He gets 2 weeks at entry with an option to extend for 7 days. Can't do border runs as Lithuanian passport holders are not allowed to do a land border entry. Is it possible for him to get a longer visa from laos ? I.e 2 month with option to extend for a month. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
