trying to book an appointment at thai embassy london to submit a passport renewel . and i’m baffled with booking system so it only works on google chrome but asks you for various name id card etc in english and then asks for thai addresses and contacts in thai language all drop down menus are in thai. how the hell does that work? two keyboards so wifey barely reads thai after 25 years and i can’t read it full stop.

anybody else had this issue as must be the same for all visa booking. shambles

I have just been from Muang Thani applying extension on tourist visa (tr60) Arrived at 7:45... Only a few were waiting. Key notes:

- the building is the one in photo, can park directly here on road

- the booking system was sucked. If you choose tourist visa TR6 it is fully book as Ted already mentioned. Have to book under “...K building” the slots will show morning time/ afternoon time instead

- they still issue under consideration that mean have to come back.

Who has been and done visas at the Vientiane embassy since the new booking system is in place? is it more organized or still running the same and are they stricter on the conditions of some visas since the changes?
