What's a "three month ED visa"? Is this a stamp that says "Extension of stay" or is this a one page sticker?

You will not do a 90 day report. You are only allowed inside Thailand for another 89 days.

If you get an extension of stay, you will have to do 90 day reports; if the extension of stay is longer then 90 days of course

When you get your first extension of stay, the immigration office will always put a note in your passport with the date the first 90 day report is due.
