TLDR : Answer Summary
After submitting your first online 90-day report and receiving the TM47 email confirmation, keep the email handy as it acknowledges receipt of your submission. You'll need to wait for another email that confirms the approval of your report, which will include a new date for your next report. Once you receive the approval, print it out and staple it into your passport to stay compliant with Thai immigration regulations.

What you have printed out is the information that you sent to them, they are just confirming they have received the information. You will receive another email saying it has been “approved” You print the pdf file that is within the email and staple inside your passport, and you’re all up to date then.
