TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, you are required to do a 90-day report 90 days after your entry date, which can be found on the triangular red stamp in your passport. If you haven't received a report slip by the appointed dates following your entry, you should still report 90 days after your entry date. It is advisable to complete the report between 80-90 days from your entry.

Difficult to say from that. 90 day report is not aligned with extension of stay. How long have you been here and what were you on prior to applying for this extension?

90 days after your entry into Thailand. Check the triangular red stamp you received upon entry. If you haven't been issued a 90-day report slip neither by the 16th of February nor by the 16 th of march, the entry date still shows that you need to report 90 days after this date

You can do it 80-90 days from 16 March (count day 1 )

actually I believe that it starts on the date they applied for that marriage extension on Feb 16th.

BUT Bangkok immigration is really good about putting that little paper in your passport telling you when your 90 day report is due if it's your first yearly extension
