If I want to move to Thailand from USA on a marriage visa, do I apply before or after flying there? If before, how far in advance of travel? Do they require an exact travel date to apply? TIA for your input.

Could you please tell me if my understanding on the 90 day non immigrant visa is correct.

I will be applying from the UK via the evisa website and this is the part I'm confused about, when it's granted do I have 90 days to enter the kingdom then immigration will stamp my passport allowing me to stay for 90 days?

I shall then look to open a bank account and transfer 800,000baht from my UK account and allow to season for 2 calendar months before applying for a 1 year retirement visa.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Thanks

Is it possible to open a foreign currency account (sterling) alongside a Thai baht account in the same bank in Thailand?

Can anyone recommend the best bank to use / open an account with with a NI 90 day visa.

Thanks for all suggestions.

Hi :) I have a Non-Immigrant O visa (marriage 90 days), I know I can apply for a 1-year visa after 45 days. does anyone know the minimum, e.g. is 15 days still enough or does it have to be at least 30 days? Thx for your help

Easy question just want to confirm. During the 90-Day Non-Immigrant Visa based on Thai marriage can I leave the country? Or do I have to ask immigration for permission first? I want to go to Laos to explore for a week so want to cross by land. Goal is to convert it to multi entry visa.
