Hello!

More questions...I am booking my appointment for my Vietenne Visa application. 

I want a 90 day (non immigrant?) Visa. 

Is that the choice I pick on the drop down choices on the online form ?

That means: If you are a citizen of Laos and have a Laos passport you choose Laos resident. If you want a Transit Visa you choose that option and for Tourist Visa you choose the option Tourist Visa. If you think you can get a Non Immigrant visa and have all the documents needed to apply for this visa you choose Non Immigrant visa.
