How soon can I apply for a 1-year extension on my Non-Immigrant O visa after my marriage visa expires?

Hi :) I have a Non-Immigrant O visa (marriage 90 days), I know I can apply for a 1-year visa after 45 days. does anyone know the minimum, e.g. is 15 days still enough or does it have to be at least 30 days? Thx for your help

My entry expired Monday 9 December. I applied for the one year extension at Cheng Watthana on Friday 6 December. I got the 21 day under consideration to go back on 27 December for the 1 year stamp
