TLDR : Answer Summary
The spousal 90-day non-immigrant visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue, allowing you flexibility in the timing of your travel to Thailand. You can travel around Asia before entering Thailand, as the important factor is that you must enter Thailand before the visa expires to receive your 90-day entry stamp.

The visa is valid for 90 days from issue. Whether you use it on day 1 or day 90 is irrelevant. You’ll get a stamp for 90 day on entry.
