Applying for METV, got 9 working days left until flight into thailand. If i dont get it in time can just apply for the 3 months tourist visa in vietnam even if the other one is still not accepted/declined?🙏

3 Month tourist visa | ID Card

Hello together, when I apply for a 3 month tourist visa they ask me for a "Document indicating current residency" (ID-Card) but my ID card is expired and I can't apply for a new one because I don't have an address in Germany anymore.

They say I have to prove my residency, so they know which embassy is responsible for my application.

What Document do I upload in this case?
