When i re entry on DTV visa, do i have to show a new banknote on 500k Bath??

It has happened in the past, and for sure it will happen if the future. Some places and some IO are stricter than others and of course if they are having a bad day then you just don’t know.

4 things are expected of you to be ready to show as soon as you step in front of the IO : passport, Boarding pass, TDAC, DTV visa.

correct ✅...BUT I would suggest that the DTV visa holder carry with them a copy of the documents used to obtain the DTV visa. To show the Thai Immigration Officers if asked.
Especially if arriving on an international flight to Chiang Mai airport.

Hi, I have seen this question pop up before. I think it really depends on the customs agent that you are going to be talking to often times, your answers to their questions may cause a bit of a delay or conflict while they clarify your reentry. It seems that  agents are allowed to ask this question so I would be prepared to show them the answer which would be a screenshot of your bank account but it is not required so it won’t happen every time. From my research in this thread, I would also not say that you are on a workation, (work- vacation)  as the interpretation of this may be that you are going there to work. I would just inform that you are on holiday, present your passport and visa and state your visa status.

Why can you answer people, not reasonably answer even if the question may have been asked more often. You are worried, it is sold as a 5 year visa. Some quit your apartment because you then want to pay rent in Thailand and not in your home country for the time, which is understandable, you want to feel safe if you have to get out and enter as well as the requirement of the visa. The fact that so many always have to be so arrogant, the group is there and if you don't want to answer, then leave it and leave it to them who want to help or provide information. You always say Thailand is so great, the people are so nice, then take an example ...

There is no current requirement to show 500K on arrival. An IO could ask to see it though.
