How do I prove the date & time the photos of the passport were taken ?

If anyone has had experience please advice, thanks

Requested documents :

“Please provide the latest copy of your full passport, including all pages (even the empty ones). If you have a Temporary Resident Card (TRC), kindly submit it along with the passport. The photos must show the date and time they were taken.”

I've just submitted my DTV application in Vientiane. I understand there is no online payment option. Can I just go to the Embassy without an appointment. I have attempted to figure this out online. Any input would be helpful. Many thanks.

I am in the process of my DTV visa application however i am stuck on the funds part.

I have the proof of 500,000thb for 3 months but I do not see how to upload multiple documents. I have the statements saved pdf form.

Malaysian BORDER RUN in 2025 question?

Specifically if anyone with less than the 150 days total in Thailand has success or failures crossing this border after Nov 17, 2025? ...& which border crossings?

I'm wondering what is the success chance to do a Malaysian border run from Southern Thailand in Dec 2025? I've read I need to stay minimum 2 days out of Thailand before returning.

In my current CANADIAN passport, I HAVE:

28 DAYS stay: ENTERED Thailand 2025 January, from Sri Lanka.

- in-between: Indo, Malaysia > CANADA stay for 9 weeks + other countries.

60+30 Extension: ENTERED Thailand Sept 22, 2025 until now. Entered flying in from Canada.

So total days in Thailand in 2025 less than 120 days.

ONLY other THAI stamps are:

- 2 Thai retirement visas. Expired.

- a 30+30 Extension in 2023 Jan.

- a 60+30 Extension from Sept until Dec 2023

My past passports did have many 60+30 days stamps though.

If I don't get any positive feedback, I will probably use a visa agent for the Border run instead.

When applying for the DTV, is it necessary to be in that particular city ie. in HCMC or can I just be in Vietnam say Da Nang?

I entered Thailand with a non 0 Immigration marriage visa. I need an extension for at least 1 month.

Before I had an rented apartment so I needed a copy of the owners blue book and id from the owner and a lease contract.

If I stayed in a hotel wat do I need instead of those papers.

Dec 2 - Changed Pending Documents Check to Pending Approval

Dec 9 - Approved

I did a thorough search in the group to see what "additional documents" Hanoi has requested in the past, and made sure to include them all. That's why I think I got no "additional documents request".

Pretty straightforward process! If you're in Hanoi highly recommend Egg Coffee at Cafe Giang and Bun Cha at Bun Cha Ta Hanoi.

Hey everyone, just wondering if I have to be in the same city as the embassy when applying for the DTV. For example can I be in DaNang while applying through the HCMC Thai embassy/consulate?
