TLDR : Answer Summary
To prove the date and time your passport photos were taken, you can use several methods suggested by the community. iPhone users can check the photo details by opening the image and pressing the info button to see the date and time, then take a screenshot. Alternatively, there are applications available that allow you to add a date and time watermark to your photos. Another option is to include a current local newspaper alongside your passport for context. Lastly, some users have recommended using apps like 'iScanner' to document the timestamp directly on the photo files before submitting.

Hi, I downloaded “iScanner” and made as screenshot of the editing time and date. Which I then copy pasted on each page of the pdf.

On iPhone, after you take the photo, open it up and click the i button on the bottom. The lower part of the screen will then show date and time of that photo. Take a screenshot.
