ORIGINAL POSTER
I entered Thailand with a non 0 Immigration marriage visa. I need an extension for at least 1 month.

Before I had an rented apartment so I needed a copy of the owners blue book and id from the owner and a lease contract.

If I stayed in a hotel wat do I need instead of those papers.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are staying in a hotel in Thailand and want to extend your Non-O marriage visa, you need to provide a TM30 registration printout from the hotel. Please note that you cannot extend a 90-day Non-O visa by just one month; instead, you must apply for a 60-day 'visit family' extension. Additionally, you'll need a current printout of your marriage registration from the Amphur to support this extension.

FIRST: you cannot extend a 90-days Non-Imm-O marriage by 30 days. You can only apply for the 60-days "visit family" extension. . . . SECOND: when you move into a hotel, ask them for a printout of their TM30 registering you in their accomodation. Take this printout to Immigration when you apply for the extension. . . . . THIRD: in order to be able to apply for the 60-days "family visit" extension, you need a fresh printout from the Amphur of the marriage registry. It is called Kor Ror 22 or 2 (whichever applies)

There is no 1 month extension available on a Non-O marriage visa. Either you apply for the 1 year extension of stay or the 60 day visit Thai family.
