Can I use a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) for alternating stays between UAE and Thailand?

Can I use a DTV if a am working in UAE FOR 6 to 8 weeks then plan to come to Thailand 6-8 weeks then back to UAE for 6 to 8 weeks then back to Thailand for 6 to 8 weeks then UAE for 6 to 8 weeks then Thailand for the rest of the year then repeat next year.

Not sure if remote worker means this or not

Has anyone else had a problem making the payment for the visa on the Thai E-Visa site ? I tried paying multiple times and it says "Pending Payment". And it also said "missing table" "payment canceled".

My ticket is through the Delta app. The app is instructing me to fill out a TDAC and it is through a third party within the app. I land in South Korea before making my final flight to BKK. Is this the only TDAC I need or will I need another for Thailand since I will be changing carriers in South Korea.

I'm applying at the London embassy and I've been seeing that when they ask for additional documents they seem to ask for an actual flight booking. Does it matter if this flight booking is different to the intended flight I entered at the start of my application?
