Can anyone recommend an international health insurance?

Question I have not seen here yet , married to Thai lady , she is a retired government employee, we will be taking our marriage certificate to Thai embassy to get stamped and go forward with marriage visa for me . she said then she would send the marriage certificate to her government office and I would be covered under medical while here in Thailand . Has anyone experienced this ??

Hello, iam 10 month in Thailand and 2 month a year in germany where i have a home too. Iam searching for income health insurance for the 2 months stay in Germany. Iam a german and not sure if it is possible to take for exmple a thai healthcare holiday insurance for that. Has anyone experiences? Regards

Maybe you guys can help me understand the new 300 baht fee. Don’t get me wrong it’s not about the 300baht. From my understanding part of the 300 is to pay for medical bills of uninsured expats. So why do I need insurance to come? How did others get here without insurance?
