I brought my large dog with me. He is fine. Yes....it's a different environment and our lives aren't the same as in other places (Pepe stays home more than in the past because Thailand isnt set up to have pets as family (unlike Germany or even in the states). It's harder to find pet friendly restaurants/areas/housing although they're available.

My dog is a service dog (which also isn't recognized in Thailand) so he rode in the cabin with me. Hardest part is getting all your time sensitive documents ready for your furry.
