I didn't correct you, what you said it definitely correct for a number of offices - I just wanted to be annoying and say there are some offices that will give you a Covid extension immediately. Maybe that's the case re; payments. At Phatthalung it was only one payment and you don't need to return (I heard some offices make you return after two weeks, which is a bit strange).

Not true, you can get the 60 day Covid-19 visa straight away, did it Phatthalung for 1900 baht. Paying 1900 for a 30 day visa when you get a 60 doesn't really make much sense.

I read these are closed and you can't get a license as the country is still in State of Emergency? Was interested myself and been waiting for them to re-open.

Not completely true, what about Manchester, Bristol, Sheffield even Leeds. A lot is pumped into Manchester in particular. I agree a lot is pumped into London but there are powerhouses elsewhere.
