If you have your home driving licence you can book an appointment on the DLT app or turn up at the centre , but be prepared to wait along time or the clerk will give you a date to come bsck , youneed a residence certificate from I imigration and a medical certificate from a hospital or clinic who nay charge for if ,,,, good luck you will get 2 year licence first and after that runs out a 5 year one ,repeating the process
