Incredibly naive or very stupid. Passports have been around in one form or another for over 1000 years giving you permission to visit another country and to abide by its laws. A country sets its own immigration laws and as a visitor we have to abide by them whether we agree with them or not. If you don't like them you are free to leave.

Yes they are which is so infuriating, but I also take along everything I think they might want as well which is not on the visa docs list. Have had to dip into a few times.

Guys it's not difficult if you do your homework. After getting married, did it myself in CNX, was a breeze, but research it thoroughly first.

Educate yourself first through search rather than rely on a myriad of opinions from people you have never met, or have had a different experience at immigration as every office has different rules. Once you have a modicum of experience you can then ask an intelligent question and get intelligent answers
