They don’t make it possible to really communicate back and forth so if it were me I would use the upload tool where they are expecting the requested documents and it would have detailed letter stating you’ve applied for DTV and the requested docs aren’t applicable and I would certainly cite legal sources

Can you make an appointment at the consulate to discuss this in person? If not reply to the email if possible with clarification or upload a letter in place of the requested documents that is asking for clarification.

Do you pay yourself out of your LLC business account on a regular bi-weekly or monthly basis?

I would suspect if you present the following you should have no issues:

Your LLC documents from the state

A cover letter explaining your business and its success as well as your role in the business and how you will be conducting such business while in Thailand

Bank records from your LLC account

And then if you pay yourself from the account to your personal account you could show your bank records of those payments.

I plan to do the same and would be using initially only my business bank account records. In the event they ask for personal I would submit them but I have the funds in that account too.
