After this noone will recheck currency and rates at all.

airline can ask before boarding. But this can happen only if you are very unlucky. And in Thailand on entry they also can ask... But this is even more unusual then on boarding :)

answer will be official - you should have return ticket in 60 days. In reality it usually didn't ask. Also author can book any ticket from Thailand, bus or ferry.
