From my experience, no seasoning requirements.

Print to your pdf-printer into a new file and you should be able to highlight.

Nah got two documents. The notification of receipt and an approval. Like I wrote, from receipt to approval took 1.5h

A couple of weeks ago. No haven't travelled and re-entered. But wouldn't see how that is an issue. I mean, I did receive a receipt of notification that's approved. All seems fine. From applying to receiving approval took about 1.5 hours.

Had never done it before, but figured why not try online before spending half a day travelling up and down to immigration. Worked like a charm.
